1. Definitions
• Service provider: Ferdinand Mulder, operating under the name Herinner de Toon, based in the Netherlands.
• Client: Any natural or legal person who uses the services of Ferdinand Mulder.
• Service: Treatments and sessions, including osteopathy, energy work, fieldwork and glyph creation, as agreed between client and service provider.

2. Applicability
• These terms and conditions apply to all services, agreements, treatments and sessions performed by Ferdinand Mulder.
• Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Content of the service
• Osteopathic treatments are complementary and not a replacement for regular medical care. If in doubt, always consult a doctor.
• Glyphs, energy work, and field attunement are complementary therapies. They do not constitute medical advice.
• Results may vary from person to person and no cure or specific effect is guaranteed.

4. Liability
• Participation in sessions is at your own risk.
• Ferdinand Mulder is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of his services, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

5. Cancellation
• Consultations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointment.
• If cancelled within 24 hours, the full amount will be charged.
• Separate conditions apply for cancellation of workshops, retreats or group activities (available on request).

6. Payment
• Payment is made by tikkie, iDEAL, cash or invoice within 8 days after invoice date.
• If the payment term is exceeded, interest and administration costs will be charged.

7. Personal data and privacy
• Ferdinand Mulder processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
• Data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without permission.

8. Complaints procedure
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service. Ferdinand Mulder will handle them carefully.

9. Intellectual property
• All text, symbols, glyphs, and content are the intellectual property of Ferdinand Mulder. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

10. Changes to terms and conditions
Ferdinand Mulder reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Existing clients will be notified of any changes.

• All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
